Warranties

Woodland Sauna offers a 1 year workmanship warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects and malfunctions. Woodland Sauna has the right to inspect and determine if a component is faulty. Not included in this warranty are the following,

• Fading

• Natural wear on the product

• Failure to function due to faulty set-up

• Heater Malfunction

Woodland Sauna is not responsible for and issues incurred with any heating elements. However, all our heater manufacturers offer a warranty on their product. Contact us at ian@woodlandearthsauna.com for any questions or concerns about our warranty.
